At Olsa Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
